Welcome to Suncoast Calisthenics Club located in Maroochydore the heart of the Sunshine Coast.
Suncoast Calisthenics is a non for profit club providing a competitive Sport for Women and Children aged 3+. Calisthenics is an artistic sport combining dancing, gymnastics and, ballet which promotes team work, confidence and fun all in 1 class.
Our 2026 classes run out of the Millwell Community centre on Mondays 4-6pm up to age 10 and Tuesday's 4-6pm from age 11.
Competition options for Solo students from March through to May and for Competive Teams from July to September where the beautiful students get to have fun on stage performing all the hard work they learned in class. Recreational student opportunities available.

State Championships complete now onto Term 4
We had a wonderful weekend in Redcliffe competing in the QLD State Championships. The girls had so much fun on stage with lots of learning and amazing feedback from the Judges. Thank you Calisthenics QLD for hosting the event!
Now we are heading into Term 4 and our wonderful Coaches have amazing Cali Skills classes organised and Free Trials are OPEN!!!
